WHY JAZZY GOURMET POPCORN?
We have over 100 different popcorn recipes in our book. Mr. Roland rotates some flavors seasonally but has at least 50 varieties in the store at all times. He can prep special flavor orders and specialized colors for school fund-raisers and weddings.

Mushroom and Butterfly Popcorn
Jazzy Gourmet Popcorn uses two common shapes of popcorn. When the kernels are popped, they form a mushroom or butterfly shape. The mushroom shapes are More hardy and denser and are primarily used with coated popcorn flavors such as caramel. The Butterfly-shaped popcorn is softer and airy and used for simpler flavors such as dill pickle or cheddar.
